How do I take RENEW?

Take 4 capsules once a day with a meal and a glass of water — most people pair it with breakfast. One bottle lasts 30 days. For best results, take it consistently; saffron's mood support builds over about four weeks.*

Is it safe with my medications?

Saffron may interact with certain medications, including antidepressants and blood-pressure medicines. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Your first order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If RENEW isn't right for you, email support@itsnovera.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll email you a prepaid return label (opened bottles are fine) and refund the product price once the bottle arrives back, less what we paid to ship your order to you (shipping is free to you, but not to us; it varies by address). Is RENEW third-party tested?

Yes — every batch is tested by an independent lab for purity and potency, and made in the USA in a GMP-compliant facility.

Does RENEW contain any common allergens?
