How to request a refund

Email us at support@itsnovera.com (or simply reply to any order email) within 30 days of delivery. Tell us the name and email on the order. That's it — no forms to fight with, and no interrogation about your reasons.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders carry the same 30-day guarantee per shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — and we email you before every charge, so nothing bills silently. Canceling before your next billing date prevents the next charge.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full — your choice.
